Yasutomo & Reeves watercolour on 140lb Canson paper

The white lines in her hair especially and a few other places were made by scraping the paper with razorblade. Hmm...yeah xDD

Wow, this is amazing. I took a watercolor class this past summer, so I know how difficult this medium is to work with...at least it was for me. Fantastic.

Well...I will post the one watercolor portrait I did of Ville, and you will see why I gave up on them. I have a friend who is a renowned watercolorist...she talked me into taking the class...I found it very difficult...but I will try it again. I have all the paint and brushes...I might as well...lol...

Yeah, I've seen it used a lot on different kinds of paintings, usually just watercolours. its pretty neat!

Absolutely wonderful, love it love it! The light is supurb and the comp as well. Nice pose and good detail. Your overall color palette too is so nice.
